John LaRondeJohn was born in 1860 in Pembroke, Ontario, Canada.1 John's father is Alexander Laronde and his mother is Mary Ann Stoqua. His paternal grandparents are Toussaint Antoine LaRonde and Marie Kekjicakoe. He had twenty-six brothers and six sisters, named Peter, Frank (Francois), John, Alexander II, Denis Dionysius, Joseph, Amable, Amable, Amable, Peter, Peter, Francois - Frank, Francois, Francois, John, Alexander, Alexander, Andrew, Andrew, Joseph, Alexander II, David, Joseph, Peter, Alexander II, Peter, Adaliane, Adeline, Mary Ellen, Anne Jacqueline, Mary and Feutleir. He had a half-brother named David. He died at the age of 55 on May 16th, 1915 in Trout Lake, North Bay, Ontario, Canada.1

We the undersigned priest of this parish, have baptised Jean Baptiste born the 7th day of January, 1859; of the lawful marriage of Alexander Lerone, farmer and Mary Ann Stoqua, of this parish. John`s body is in Trout Lake, North Bay and has never been found to this date. As per the Cobalt Daily Nugget or North Bay Nugget. John Laronde, an Indian settler at Four Mile Lake, has been missing for two weeks, and is believed by his friends that he drowned, his canoe was found upside down at Iron Island on Saturday.
NOTE: John lived at Four Mile Bay up from Four Mile Lake. Iron Island is in Trout Lake not four Mile Lake, and Four Mile Lake is about 20 miles north of Trout Lak
